Life Update: Where I've Been

If you're observant enough, then you'll know I've been a bit quiet over on these parts for a few weeks now.

I mean, I don't blame you if you haven't recognised my absence, but basically my blogging schedule has been a bit all over the place in the past month. I've always been super committed to blogging, and I never let it slip, even when I was doing my A Levels. However, I've been busy and things have come about which means I haven't had the time, and also, I've lacked the inspiration.

I suppose the main point as to why I've been so quiet on here, is because I applied for a full time job. Unfortunately I didn't get it, but a fair bit of work had to be put into the process, hence why I neglected this space a bit. Every cloud has a silver lining though, and this just means I can get back to blogging, and growing Forever September further. It also means uni is still on the cards, and I couldn't be more excited to go and study a subject I'm passionate about.

Alongside this, I've been working at my part time job a lot since doing my A Levels. Ya girl gotta pay the bills. Joking, I have no bills to pay...except road tax and my mum haa! I've had quite a few long days, but it'll be worth it at the end of the month.

Next week I'm off to Amsterdam with my two beautiful friends, Ashia and Chloe. We're going for four days and I couldn't be more excited to see what Amsterdam has to offer. Any recommendations for nice places would be greatly appreciated too!

So basically, its been a busy, work related month or so, but I am so excited to finally be back writing again, and hopefully it'll stay like that for good now.

  1. So awesome that you're off the Amsterdam! It's a shame you didn't get the job, but at least you'll be able to have fun at uni! :)

  2. Jobs are hideous to apply for. I've just graduated and have been applying for multiple, every day. It's a full time job in itself and beyond frustrating when all your hard work is for nothing! It's relentless at the moment and so disheartening. Enjoy Amsterdam though! :)
