Its the lack of chin and Miss Trunchbull vibes for Its the lack of chin and Miss Trunchbull vibes for me😩 But seriously, I absolutely love these @lucyandyak dungarees and they’re so comfy (even if it is a TASK when you need to go for a wee)😂 The most exciting part of my day was doing a Morrison’s shop - what about you?🤪💛
Coffee and a spot of reading📚☕️ Thank you t Coffee and a spot of reading📚☕️ Thank you to my bestie @rebexalou for this book - very excited to read it as I’ve heard great things🙌🏼 Life is going at a very slow pace right now but thats not always a bad thing, anything to get things back to normal ay?✨
Another lovely Christmas present (thank you Mum)✨ Absolutely obsessed with this necklace - its just so pretty🥺 I also can’t believe its only Tuesday, lockdown and January don’t go hand in hand do they?😂🤍
Arguably my favourite Christmas present (thank you Arguably my favourite Christmas present (thank you @georgelewthwaite) - its very much needed right now for some relaxation💭 And its so pretty😍💖
In a world where you can be anything, be kind✨ W In a world where you can be anything, be kind✨ Words to live by in my opinion - we need as much kindness as we can get at the moment😥 I’ve found it difficult to look at the news, it really does take its toll when its one bad thing after the other so don’t feel guilty for switching off for a bit💛
This is not an ad but I feel like I have no choice This is not an ad but I feel like I have no choice but to talk about it👀 I recently switched out my normal deodorant for @wildrefill and wow am I impressed. I never thought a natural deodorant would work for me (I’m an anxious person, so you can imagine the sweat - soz)😂 but this has well and truly proved me wrong🙌🏼 I no longer have irritated underarms and actually, I smell better using this than I did spray on🤷🏼‍♀️ Wild doesn’t have the harsh chemicals that your supermarket deodorant has which means its way better for your skin and body - winner✌🏼Have you ever tried a natural deodorant?✨
One day we will eat, drink, meet and dance again💭 First day of lockdown and I am already bored - reading really is my best friend😂 I feel like I’m always sending love to everyone but I think we all need it💖
Hello 2021✨ May this be the year of working on m Hello 2021✨ May this be the year of working on myself, for myself. Ever since graduating uni, I’ve questioned the career path I want to go down and I hope 2021 gives me an answer💭 Although working hard feels super difficult in these unprecedented times - its possible and we’ve got to keep moving forward. (I’m saying this as a very emotional bean this evening, feeling hopeless at the state of the country) but positivity😂👊🏼 Big love for 2021💛
ad / pr product • Focus on the good🙌🏼 Defi ad / pr product • Focus on the good🙌🏼 Definitely a saying I need to constantly remind myself of at the moment🤦🏼‍♀️ Its been a tough year thats for sure and unfortunately it doesn’t look like things are changing any time soon, so a positive mindset (where you can) is essential. I hope everybody’s doing okay💖

April Favourites

May 1, 2014

/ uncategorized

Hello everyone, as April is now over I thought I’d share what I’ve been enjoying this month!

Vaseline Coco Butter Lip Therapy– I’ve had this for quite a while now, but recently I’ve just started using it before I go to bed. I just apply it too my lips then in the morning your lips should feel 100% repaired (if they were dry) and they’ll be super soft!

BarryM Texture Nail Paint in Ridley Road– I purchased this last summer, but only wore it once. I was looking for a nice spring colour over Easter and I thought this was perfect. It’s such a nice bright colour, and I think the ‘texture’ of it is really nice.

Rimmel London I ‘Heart’ Lasting Finish in Purple Pulse– This colour is so lovely and bright, the purple is almost like the colour of berries and the quality of it is amazing, would really recommend this nail varnish.

Revlon Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya– I have posted about this product in one of my other posts, I literally can’t get enough of the Revlon Lip Butters, they’re amazing and this colour is perfect for the spring time!

TRESemme Split Remedy Conditioner– I also posted about this AMAZING product, I know it’s kind of a boring one but it’s so amazing and it’s actually repaired my split ends and makes my hair super soft!

L’Oreal Miss Manga Mascara– I’ve seen so many posts on this mascara as it’s quite new, I know there has been mixed reviews, but personally I LOVE it! It actually gives my lashes volume and it stays on so well! One of my favourites this month.

Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush– I’ve had this since Christmas, but I’ve recently just been relying on it so much as I’ve started to use more eye shadows. It’s so perfect for putting on your base eye shadow and its fabulous for blending too.

Rimmel London Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil– I’ve never had a white eye liner until this, I thought I’d try one out. I think it can make your eyes look bigger, and brighter. I’ve enjoyed this product and it sort of works well for spring make up.

Thankyou for reading and I hope you enjoyed it please comment your April favourites as I’d like to hear about them!

Lucy xx
