Another Christmasy post – yay! This will probably be my second and final gift guide this year, but I’ve had so much fun putting them both together. Today I give you, the ultimate gift guide for her. A good mixture of beauty, skincare and lifestyle bits, so hopefully this will be somewhat helpful!

BEAUTY

Lets start with the beauty picks shall we? One thing you can’t go wrong with as a gift, is nail polish. I picked up this gorgeous Leather Effect Collection by Essie in TK Maxx the other day for a tenner and the shades are super festive. Or even a single polish like this Leighton Denny one in the shade Be My Berry, a gorgeous festive red. If you’re feeling a bit spendy or want to treat someone, then you can do no wrong with a Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick. My fave shades have to be ‘Pillow Talk’ or ‘Bond Girl’. Both very neutral, wearable shades for any lady in your life. Speaking of lip products, Glossier’s Balm Dotcom is a great gift at only £10 and there’s six flavours to choose from. My personal favourite being the birthday one, it literally smells/tastes like vanilla birthday cake and leaves a bit of shimmer on your lips too.

Does fragrance come under the category of beauty? Probably not but I’ll include it anyway haha. If you really want to treat someone this Christmas then a Jo Malone Perfume* could be the perfect gift. I love their Pomegranate Noir scent, which is described as ‘dark and enigmatic’ – perfect for someone who prefers their heavier, more musky scents. A brand I’ve recently discovered and have completely fallen in love with, is Shay & Blue. The scent ‘Black Tulip’ may be the nicest scents I’ve ever smelt. It’s quite strong and lasts all day which is a bonus, but honestly I think its such a unique scent and a really unique brand.

SKINCARE

I’m quite the skincare addict, I won’t lie and I think there are so many products out there that would be perfect as a Christmas gift. First up, pretty much anything Dermalogica. Their Precleanse* would be a great option as it lasts a really long time and feels very luxurious when applied. It works so well at removing makeup and cleansing the skin at the same time, would definitely recommend this. Or perhaps something from Pixi, a well coveted brand. Their tonic’s get brilliant reviews and they come in two size options, depending on how much you want to spend. The Rose and Glow tonic seem to be the most popular, so they’re probably your best bets. Another product you really can’t go wrong with, is a face mask. I’ve recently been loving the Tropic Deep Hydration Mask*, which is brilliant for adding some hydration to your skin. However, there are thousands of amazing face masks on the market. I love The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Mask too, always a good one!

LIFESTYLE

There are so many brilliant lifestyle gifts out there nowadays, its easy to get lost, endlessly scrolling through websites trying to find something. I think books are a great place to start. There is a series of books by Sally Kirkman, where she talks about each star sign. I have the Virgo one (yas to all my virgo’s out there) but I think its such a nice idea and quite personal. Plus they’ll (probably) learn something from it. What better than some tea to go with a book? Boots have a Teapigs gift set which is such a lovely idea for any tea lover in your life. Candles are a go-to as well I think and you have a huge range to choose from. If you’re looking to spend a little bit more, Diptyque is a great option. The packaging is minimalistic and the scents are incredible. Anthroplogie do a huge range of gorgeous candles that are a bit cheaper, so always worth a look. I could probably go on forever with this list but I’m gonna stop there because I think these are some solid options haha!

What’s on your Christmas list this year?

Lucy
