Happy Sunday! Yes, its that time of the month where I share whats inside the latest Unibox. This month’s theme is ‘So Freaking Zen’. All students (all people for that matter) need a bit of zen in their lives from time to time and this box has ya covered. Sooo, lets have a look!
happi balance notepad by happi empire
As you probably know, I have a huge obsession for all things stationery, so I was very intregued by this. It’s a lil notepad that lets you record things such as ‘todays intention’, how many fruit or veggies you’ve had, ‘what you’re grateful’ for etc. I think this is such a lovely idea, as it reminds you to think about the smaller things in life.
bach rescue remedy vitamins
As someone who suffers with anxiety, I’m very familiar with Bach products and regularly use their rescue remedy pastels and drops. I must admit, I didn’t know they did vitamins so I was very excited to see these. These ones are the mixed berry flavour and you get 10 in a pack. I’m excited to give these a go, as I know I don’t eat enough fruit/veg so this should help give me the boost I need!
‘so freaking zen’ bookmark
Can you ever have enough bookmarks? (The answer is no). I’ve actually started reading regularly again, since I don’t have as much uni work to do now the majority of 2nd year is over. I’m currently reading Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely fine, which I’m loving, so I’ll definitely be using this bookmark to keep track of where I am.
nucao roasted hazlenuts
Snaaaaaacks! This is a raw, vegan and organic chocolate bar with roasted hazelnuts by Nucao. Also, for every bar sold they plant a tree (amazing)! I love bars like this, I usually opt for a Nakd or Trek bar, so it’ll be interesting to see how this compares. Unibox describe it as being like ‘healthy nutella’, so we shall see!
peakz chocolate squares
More snacks! Peakz are chocolate hazelnut squares, which are high in fibre, vitamin B12 and iron. So despite the chocolate, they’re actually pretty good for you which is a bonus. I’m so excited to try these as I’m always looking for a healthy alternative to chocolate bars.
biomiracle korean mask
It wouldn’t be a ‘zen’ box without a face mask would it?! This sheet mask contains green apple, broccoli and kale and promises to moisturise and rejuvenate the skin, so I’m very excited to give it a try.
‘so freaking zen’ tote bag
You can’t beat a good tote bag, they’re so versatile. Especially good for shopping so you don’t have to buy/use any plastic bags. I love the design on this, which was created by Liz Harry. I’ll probably use mine to carry my work bits in, or even at uni – I love it!
