So, I’ve been working with Dior. Little old me, working with Dior?! Crazy. I feel extremely lucky and it’s been so fun trying out all of the products and creating some content surrounding them. So I thought I’d showcase all the products I’ve been trying out and how I’ve found them!
joy by dior
Joy is Dior’s most recent fragrance launch and its absolutely beautiful. The first thing you notice is how aesthetically pleasing and weighty the bottle is, it just looks/feels expensive. And its pink! The lid is magnetic which I love, makes it feel so much more secure. As for the scent, it’s described as both citrusy and floral which sounds about right. Its not too overpowering either – a real winner for me!
dior capture youth glow boost serum
Honestly, I hadn’t heard of this product before. Again, straight away the packaging catches your eye, its beyond beautiful and it feels so luxurious. This is the Glow Boost Serum and is part of the Capture Youth collection. The Capture Youth collection as a whole aims to reduce the signs of ageing but the Glow Boost Serum is aimed at maintaining and/or adding to that inner glow.
dior forever skin glow foundation
I was slightly nervous about receiving this, due to the colour match. I went for 1.5N which is aimed at light skin with a yellow undertone, which sounded about right for me. So I was pleasantly surprised that it matched really well when I received it. There is two versions of this foundation, the ‘normal’ and the Glow version, which is what I have. I think this is much better for my skin, as I have quite a few dry patches around my nose area so tend to opt for more glowy bases.
rouge dior ultra care lipstick in 999
999 is a cult classic shade from Dior, a gorgeous true red. This lipstick is just beautiful and even has the little ‘CD’ on the top of the bullet, which is a lovely extra touch. This is perfect for every day wear or evening, a very versatile shade for sure!
rouge dior ultra care liquid lipstick in 999
Now, this is the exact same classic 999 shade but in liquid lipstick form. Again, the packaging is absolutely stunning and I love the way the applicator is shaped, it makes it so easy to apply the lipstick. The formula itself is absolutely incredible, it feels as light as a feather when applied to the lips. I feel like with some liquid lipsticks, you’re very aware they’re on your lips as they feel very heavy and drying. However, this is nothing like that. I’m obsessed!
Have you ever tried Dior beauty?
